24 hour turn around paid for.Printed goods sat waiting for collection at Moo printers for an entire day before being collected late into the evening.Printed goods were then loaded onto the incorrect Van.Printed goods were then lost.Printed goods arrived 2 days after initial delivery date.Sadly the printed goods were an order of service and memorial card for a funeral.All moo did when I raised this with them was print and dispatch another box, which arrived late too. No courier, no overnight delivery. Just the bare minimum.Full refund was issued.So I was just left back at square one the day before the funeral.My advice to you: Use a proper printers that understands delivery and deadlines.My Advice to Moo. Use a courier that can be tracked at all times. For example DPD. UPS items aren't scanned or tracked enough and the current location cannot be seen. Delivery window is "anytime today".

Found the site really easy to use and the quality of the business cards much better than the site I was using originally. Love the flexibility of changing one side of the business card, really pleased with the outcome.

Second order with Moo. Since my last order they have updated their website and I found it much easier to use. I’m very impressed with my new business cards. I sure my customers will be too.

Excellent service.There is an online chat feature and many ways to design the business cards including uploading designs you've made with other websites.The customer service response is swift and the website is easy to use.However, I cannot justify spending at least double the cost on business cards, and about five times the cost on shipping. I asked the rep if there was a way i could make it a little more affordable and she kindly awarded me a 15% off coupon code. I thought I'd order a few more.When I went to order more (I went for 200 instead of 150) the cost of economy shipping went from £8 to £11, and the cost of standard tracked shipping went from £14 to £19. Express shipping was £20+!!! The economy shipping would have taken 4 days to dispatch and another full week to arrive in the post. In total I would have been looking at a minimum of £50 for 150 business cards sent by economy shipping which is just unaffordable for me. I would happily change my review if the cost of shipping was looked into, and if there were more options to make the business cards less 'fancy'.

Moo has taken care of all my business card and stationary needs since 2014. My last interaction with them, solidified why I stay loyal to them. I had ordered up new sets of mini cards, postcards, business cards etc and the images I had uploaded weren’t on par. They immediately contacted me, instructed me on how to render the images better and sorted it all out in a matter of minutes! Followed up by check-in and confirmation emails. And like clockwork, my orders came out awesome! Can they just open financial institutions as well, please and thanks?! Their representatives are extremely kind and knowledgable about their products and whether I was dealing with the US or UK team, everyone was on the ball. As a business owner (who is a one woman show) having one less headache is a joy and they always delivery that joy! Stay where you’re treated well and Moo gives me that reassurance always.

Absolutely love my business cards which I received today. This is my fourth order and I like to use Moo because the software is really easy to use even if you aren’t great with computers like myself. Not only is the delivery time excellent but the product is too! Presented beautifully in a sleek card holder, the cards look wonderful and I am sure people will be pleased to receive one of these. Pricing is very reasonable too and they send you discount codes if you sign up to the newsletter. They have never let me down and I’m looking forward to buying other items too :) highly recommended- why not give them a try! :)

The order that came was great however after paying full price for my order, a week later I received an email stating if I was a small business run by a person of black origin I would receive an extra discount. I’m sorry but at a time where every single business is struggling are you offering more discounts and singling our customers based on their race? I find this totally unacceptable and would never order from them again.

A BRILLIANT COMPANY!!My 2nd time ordering with MOO. The first batch of my cards, unfortunately, didn't come out right as it was cut off centre due to my design, however a very kind employee: Jenna P emailed me explaining the situation; she worked so hard with the quickest replies to ensure my order was perfected. They sent out my wonderful stickers and initial cards anyway, however, Jenna ensured the new cards were printed and sent to me within days (the updated cards were free of charge!), amazing delivery and wonderful customer service. The quality is really good; nice and thick with a nice finish. I will continue to use MOO.
